We’re very excited to welcome Debbie Nelson to our team as of last week. Debbie has worked in the legal field for over 30 years, including 20 years as a qualified legal executive.
Her expertise lies in residential conveyancing, refinancing, wills and small deceased estates. She also has experience advising clients in relation to small subdivisions and cross-lease amendments.
She particularly enjoys working with first home buyers, guiding them step-by-step through the property purchase process and assisting with applications for KiwiSaver withdrawals and Housing NZ HomeStart grants.
After hours, you’ll find Debbie with her husband, children and dog, whipping up delicious meals and catching up with friends. Debbie spent a decade living across the ditch living in sunny Queensland. Although she loved the delicious Aussie prawns, they were no match for our scallops, mussels and pineapple lumps, which eventually lured her back home to New Zealand.
