Niluka Haturusinghe is an experienced solicitor originally from Sri Lanka and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the United Kingdom. She practises primarily in property law, with a focus on residential conveyancing and assisting first-home buyers through the purchasing process.

She has a particular interest in working with members of New Zealand’s Sri Lankan community and is fluent in both English and Sinhala, which helps clients clearly understand and navigate the legal process. She enjoys assisting families with the complexities of property transactions and supporting them in making New Zealand their home.
